Interior Minister of Ukraine Anatoliy Mogilev believes that protest and support actions should not restrict rights of people who do not take part in them.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this in an interview to journalists in Kyiv.

“Democracy is a freedom of right, and I have rights to live normally. Any kind of a protest action should not violate a normal life of other people…What if I come to your bedroom with a drum and start to drum protesting against the fact that birds seat on my balcony? Is it normal?”, said the minister.

At the same time A. Mogilev noted that “order should be kept during actions, I have no right to allow scuffles and conflicts”.
