Yushchenko hopes that Ukraine not to become small change

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko hopes that Ukraine will not become a small change in the Ukrainian – American relations.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at the joint news conference with President of Austria Heinz Fischer in Kyiv today.

V. Yushchenko noted that Ukraine wants to see relations between Russia and USA developing on a friendly base.

He believes that the Russian – American relations should be predictable but not at the cost of relations with other countries, including Ukraine.
