President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko has signed the law “On Introducing Amendments into Law of Ukraine “On State Budget of the Ukraine for the Year 2008 and on Introducing Amendments into Some Legislations of Ukraine”, which will help overcome the natural disaster consequences in six Oblasts of Ukraine.
According to the President`s press-office, the law joins into force since the date of signature.
As UNIAN reported earlier, on July 31 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted with majority of votes the introduction of amendments into the state budget of Ukraine-2008. The amendments stipulate to increase the budget expenses by 5.802 billion hryvnias. The money will be transferred to help overcome natural disaster consequences in the Western Ukraine.
