Moroz representative received “yellow card”

Today, during the court session, board of judges of High Administrative Court of Ukraine  made an official notification to representative of the Socialist Party of Ukraine Valeriy Kochetkov because of inadmissible behavior.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, when the court started to listen to explanations of the representatives of the CEC, V. Kochetkov asked to give him for acquaintance the originals of the protocols of the district electoral commissions and protocol with the results of voting at foreign electoral district, which the court received from the CEC by presented and approved earlier petition of plaintiffs.

Instead of that chairman in the court Oleksandr Pasenyuk said that there will be the separate time for this.

Answering to this remark, V. Kochetkov said that he can not answer to deputy leader of the CEC Andriy Magera, because he does not have an opportunity to get acquainted with mentioned documents. That is why V. Kochetkov made a petition for the second time on challenge of all membership of judges board of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine, explaining that the court acts in preconceived way. V. Kochetkov expressed persuasions that “the actions of the court are directed to knowingly illegal decision”.

O. Pasenyuk said that the court, having consulted at the place, will not satisfy this petition, because the analogous petition had already been studied.

In his turn, V. Kochetkov said: “You break a law, Your Honour… I will lodge a complaint with You about arbitrariness”.

After that the judge firstly rebuked and then made an official notification.
