Its is clear that bashenko does not ac in the best interests of Ukraine as a whole but in fulfillment of his own personal interests and his power struggle against Ukraine`s democratically elected parliaments. If This is not the first time we have witnessed the Office of the President misusing and abusing the Office of Head of State. Yushchenko has on many occasion acted unconstitutionally and illegal. His interference in the operation of Ukraine`s Constitutional Court in order to prevent the Court from ruling against his decrees is reprehensible verging on criminal. Likewise recent determinations of the Court overriding his abuse of authority are treated with contempt and disdain. The list of Court rulings against the president seriously undermines confidence in his ability to represent Ukraine and or fulfil his oath of office. the President believes he has a case to answer then he should outline the basis of his clams and they should be put to the test.

I have to agree with Uk T that Yush no longer acts in the best interests of Ukraine and only for his own personal interests. Three times he has issued degrees regarding the head of the State Property Fund and 3 times he has been overruled by the courts. Definitely a sign that he has no intentions of following the law...and now this? Also...I think the more we find out about the gas intermediaries and Vanco, the more involvement we will find with his brother Petro. No...Yush`s only intention since the election has been to undermine Yulia and protect only his interests. What a complete disappointment he has become.
