Tomas : Yushchenko should look at Ukraine`s constitution which he gave an oath to protect and respect.
Yushchenko has shown nothing but contempt for Ukraine`s constitution, rule of law and democracy. He should take another look at Article 85 and article 116 of Ukraine`s Constitution. and ask himself why is it that the Constitutional Court has not accepted his motion to have the position taken by Yulia Tymoshenko over-ruled. Yushenbko continues to misuse and abuses his authority by usurping power where he has not right to do so.
