Gene : President is concerned with following the constitution?
I had to chuckle over Yush`s statement in talking about the constitution and the State Property division. If he is so concerned about legal issues, why has he issued degrees that attempt to overturn the Constitutional Court`s decision overruling him on this issue? Three times he has done this and three times the CC overruled him. Will he ever stop this silliness?

“I would like to ask you a direct question – how does the Constitution work in this country? Have a position, I expect you to defend the Constitution, the law". ... Gene.. I have to agree with you. Yushchenko has shown nothing but contempt for the Rule of Law and Ukraine`s Constitution. His `illegal` interface in the operation and independence of Ukraine`s Constitutional Court would have been cause for his impeachment in the West. The sooner Yushchenko is removed from office and the sooner Ukraine becomes a Parliamentary democracy in line with other European States the better off Ukraine will be. ... Yushchenko is the problem not the solution.
